I feel that a team needs discipline in place to start working towards a goal. Everyone needs to possess the same mindset in order to achieve the best results during training and make the best out off it. What's more, we only have 8 in the team now plus Eleanor, I guess everyone needs to understand that each one of us is important and attends training. Ziping once said before, if you don't wanna come for training, you can have a hundred reasons not to go. I believe that a champ title is never easy to come by, but definitely a possible goal if we work on it. Put away complacent and bring in persistance and endurance, we'll do it, again.
Same for the guys team. You guys are probably the best players around. Maybe not best, but the top few. Given this kind of situation, you guys should overcome this obstacle together and come out of it, stronger. Do some self reflection and apply- less of me, more of we. Maintaining the champion title is definitely harder that getting it. Being already superstars doesn't mean that you'll be there even when you don't put in any effort. Train hard and do well if you wanna remain high up there, being champs, being the top players around.
